so this last week I began my diet, it was going pretty well until tonight and I want to eat everything in the house so I am trying to refrain by blogging. (thanks newie for your diet post too). So if anyone has any great suggestions of low calorie foods that can fill me up so I can survive please let me know!!!

my kind of dieting is this, I don't buy any junk so that in times of weakness, there is nothing to eat in the house. Also, if I have a craving for dessert or something, I just wait like a half hour and usually the feeling passes and also laziness kicks in because I would actually have to make something and so I just resort to watching tv or reading a book. Popcorn is a good snack or a granola bar or something to ease the munchies. Good luck!
I drink tons of water with every meal and in between to fill me so I don't eat as much. Eating fruit and whole grain crackers for snacks are usually low in carbs and calories! I could give you a whole list of low carb low cal.... :) You are awesome! Thanks for letting me play with you girls yesterday they are so fun!
My advice is to actually have one day a week when you go crazy and eat whatever you want. If you know that you can eat sugar on say, Saturday, it doesn't make it quite so hard to say no on Thursday. Also, once you go a week without eating sugar you can't eat as much, and it starts to taste to gross. It really helps!
Not just sugar either, whatever junk food you are refraining from. Most of my temptations come in the form of desserts. :)
I'm with all of you. I just had a cheat day today and went crazy :) I schedule my cheat days around the times i think I'll have the best food...that's my tip :) Usually Sundays, but if I have food-centered events on other days, I schedule them around then. Like, next Friday will be a cheat day for Landon's wedding :)
I've found sparkpeople.com and it's a bunch of all free resources. That's helped me monitor my calories and finally lose the baby weight. Your family photos are so beautiful. See you at Landon's!
